Ran across an interesting change in Microsoft’s Knowledgebase (new for me at least!).  The knowledgebase will now attempt to detect if the particular KB article applies to the Operating System you are searching from. ;)   Kind of a neat idea for the casual consumer of the KB articles I guess.  BUT if it could auto detect if the article’s content would actually resolve the user’s issue; then they would REALLY have something! 🙂
